For venues & events

Bring Last Bar to your customers.

We're looking for venues and event organisers to be our first partners in Bournemouth and Poole. Choose the option that fits you.

Partner types

Venues

Bars, nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, hotels and music venues.

  • A permanent station for your customers
  • Designed to run without staff handling rentals
  • Possible revenue share
For venues

Events

Festivals, club nights, student events, conferences and private events.

  • Charging for attendees on the day
  • Depends on size, dates, power and logistics
  • Terms agreed per event
For events

Simple, and no commitment upfront.

  1. Step 1: Talk

Tell us about your venue or event and we'll see if it's a fit.
  2. Step 2: Pilot

If it is, we agree a pilot in writing once equipment and terms are confirmed.
  3. Step 3: Review

We look at how it went together before going any further.
Last Bar is pre-launch: we're still confirming equipment and commercial terms, so nothing is guaranteed until it's agreed in writing.

Questions from venues.

Can my venue host a station?

Possibly — we're looking for suitable launch partners. Suitability usually depends on footfall, how long customers stay, available space and power, opening hours and security.

Tell us about your venue through the partnership enquiry form and we'll discuss whether it could be a good fit. Any partnership would be subject to a written agreement.

Can Last Bar support an event?

We're exploring event partnerships with festivals, club nights, student events, conferences and private events. Whether we can support a particular event depends on its size, dates, power and logistics, equipment availability and commercial terms.

Event rentals are not yet available, but we're happy to discuss what might be possible.

What would it cost my venue?

There's no fixed price list yet. We're open to different arrangements — such as a revenue share or a fixed placement fee — and terms would be agreed individually once equipment and operating costs are confirmed.

Who looks after the station?

The aim is for Last Bar to handle servicing and restocking, so your team doesn't process rentals. The exact servicing and support arrangements would be agreed with each venue in writing.
