| How you pay | Tap a contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the station. Anyone can pay, so a friend can rent one for you. |
| Card hold or pre-authorisation | When you rent, a temporary hold of £25 is placed on your card. When you return the power bank, you're only charged for the time you used and the rest of the hold is released. Your bank may take 2–7 days to release it. |

| Late return | No late fees. You pay the hourly rate, up to £12 a day, until you return it. |
| Not returned | If it isn't returned within 48 hours, the total charge is £25 and the power bank is yours to keep. |
| Where you can return it | To be confirmed |
| Phones supported | Every power bank has three cables built in: USB-C (iPhone 15 and newer, and most Android phones), Lightning (iPhone 14 and older) and Micro-USB (older Android phones). So it works with almost any phone. |
